If you're not currently a SWGfL customer and are interested in ordering a SWGfL service, please contact

If you're interested in joining SWGfL and your establishment falls under the jurisdiction of one of the 15 SWGfL Member Local Authorities, you'll need to contact your Local Authority for further information. Contact details for all member Local Authorities can be found on the 'Our People' section of our web site, under the Trust Management Board section.

If your establishment does not fall under the jurisdiction of a SWGfL Member Local Authority (for example, Independent Schools and out-of-area maintained schools), please contact SWGfL Head Office on 0845 601 3203 for further information on joining.

If you require technical support in using SWGfL Merlin, please contact the SWGfL Helpdesk on 0845 307 7870 or e-mail support@swgfl.org.uk.

If you require advice on setting up SWGfL Merlin accounts or using SWGfL Merlin and your establishment falls under the jurisdiction of a SWGfL Member Local Authority, you should contact your Local Authority's SWGfL Merlin co-ordinator, find out who yours is by clicking here

If you have a complaint about the quality, consistency or level of service that you are receiving from us, you should address your complaint to the SWGfL Helpdesk Team in the first instance by calling 0845 307 7870. All complaints are recorded and we will strive to resolve any issues you are experiencing as soon as possible.

If you have logged a complaint with the Helpdesk Team and are unhappy with the response that you received, or are not happy with our response time, your should call the Helpdesk Team on 0845 307 7870 and ask for your complaint to be escalated to the Helpdesk Manager, Eleanor Summerhayes.

If you have spoken to the helpdesk manager and are still unsatisfied with our response, or if your complaint does not relate to the delivery of your SWGfL services (for example, if you have a complaint about a SWGfL employee, the ordering process, the invoicing of your services etc.), please contact:
