The Trust project team structure capitalises on the expert services opportunities that can be offered to member authorities by placing specialists into the key areas of:

Administration and finance
Communications and web development
The management team, supported by the project team, forms a regional perspective and informs strategic development for the benefit of all of the participating members and in particular learners and schools.
