The new-look Merlin is here and it is great to see the exciting changes that have taken place. We have been playing with the new feeds and notifications on the Home tab, busily setting up feed alerts to discussions in our favourite spaces, as well as pondering over which of the new themes and avatar options suit us best!

 

The shared spaces tab will really help users find their way back to their favourite spaces with the use of the “favourite spaces” column, as well as the simple “show all spaces” button which gives users the option to group spaces under alphabetised groups and as the conventional tree!

 

The new banner area has been enlarged for schools to personalise and – speaking of personalising – don’t forget to have a good play with the new text editor and image editing tool, in particular the options to resize, rotate and crop images before adding them to your chosen space!

 

So, immerse yourself in the new improvements; personalise and refine your My Space or even collaborate in a Shared Space.
