It is now possible to put videos, audios, photos and sketches within discussions, blogs, wiki and web pages on Merlin.
Put another way, everyone using Merlin as a communication tool can now communicate using whatever creative medium they wish.
Enthusiastic pupils and students who are pointed towards Merlin by their teachers will undoubtedly be taking up these new approaches themselves without further prompting.
For those who are not already internet-savvy, teachers can encourage learner participation in the world of the latest internet facilities using the enhanced communication toolkit.
In this way your students can communicate with each other and with the teacher through video, audio, simple sketches or simplified text.
This in turn helps teachers to add whatever additional input they want into a lesson with ease. What’s more it also allows debates and discussions to continue online after the lesson is over.
To find out more about the toolkit please contact your Merlin representative. You can find the contact point for your area on…
