The Stour Valley needs more housing for a growing population.
The council could consider the following sites for development:

  • i. Langton Long 894062
  • ii. Manor France Farm 867082
  • iii. Knighton House School 859081
  • iv. Old Warren Plantation 868058

Decide which one you would choose for the new housing.
You should take into account the following factors:

  • i. Access to Blandford
  • ii. Extra roads and services that would be needed
  • iii. Risk of flooding

Give reasons for rejecting the other sites.
