The Stour Valley needs more housing for a growing population.
The council could consider the following sites for development:
- i. Langton Long 894062
- ii. Manor France Farm 867082
- iii. Knighton House School 859081
- iv. Old Warren Plantation 868058
Decide which one you would choose for the new housing.
You should take into account the following factors:
- i. Access to Blandford
- ii. Extra roads and services that would be needed
- iii. Risk of flooding
Give reasons for rejecting the other sites.
